"Mr. Kaylor answered our email request very promptly. I telephoned Mr. Kaylor to inquire further regarding the type of vehicle I was interested in. Mr. Kaylor informed me that the dealership had two possible vehicles that would meet my criteria; one was located at the Morganton, NC dealership and the other was located at another location. He offered to have the offsite vehicle brought to the Morganton site, which we accepted. An appointment was made for inspections and test drives, afterwhich, my wife and I decided to purchase one of the vehicles. We negotiated the price and other relevant conditions to our satisfaction. We set the appointment to take delivery.
Mr. Kaylor was very courteous and professional throughout the sales process. I believe he went the extra mile with us to give us a good choice of vehicles, in the negotiation process, and making sure the vehicle was prepared for delivery.

"Crossroads has been servicing our 2000 Explorer for several years and when the it was time for a new car we went to them first to look at another Explorer, an Edge. In the process we also wanted to look at the Honda Odyssey, not knowing that they had a sister Honda dealership. "As a young married couple, this was our first vehicle purchase. I have to say it was something we had been dreading, BUT this was the most pleasant and best experience I could have imagined. We've been to several other dealerships, close to home, and its always been so aggravating. Most dealerships we've visited, we've felt belittled and intimidated by the sales associates because we are young. However, at Crossroads Ford, we couldnt have asked for a better experience! Sean Fincher was the sales associate that worked with us, and he was most friendly and "down to earth". Chuck McMillan was the Finance Manager that did all of the paperwork, and given the situation, was awesome to work with. We met several other of the staff, JD Abee, Danny Briggs, Eddie Thomas, and Charlie Kaylor, all who were so friendly and down to earth. It was so different than other dealerships we've been to, and I mean that in the best way! We never thought we'd be able to afford a 2010 F150 Supercab with only 7500 miles, but thats what we got! Being from Southwest Virginia, we couldnt have beat their price here! We will definately be going to Crossroads when we purchase our next Ford. They will also be highly recommended by us to our family and friends! Best vehicle purchase experience ever!"

Hi Mr. Lankford,
I am writing to express my satisfaction with your dealership and staff during a not so good incident a week or so ago. On April 15th we were in the area camping at Jellystone RV park. We were on our way to Lake James Vineyards when our truck broke down. We had it towed to your service department for repairs. We were a bit stressed because we weren't sure that it would be repaired on such short notice and we had no other way to get our camper back home.
Not only did you get it ready by closing time, you guys were nice enough to take us back to the campground and then pick us up once repairs were done. Otherwise, I'm not sure what it would have cost us for a taxi that far!
We really appreciate your caring and the personal touch your dealership provided. You don't see that much these days and it meant a lot to us!

Just wanted to again Thank You for your help in getting Debbie in her new EDGE, She really loves it!
Was working a little in the garage this evening, and had the Mustang pulled out of thew garage for the first time in months, and standing there looking this evening, I realized, here sit THREE new Crossroads purchases we made from you. I can not Thank You enough JD for making what is sitting in my drive possible! Even though we go a long way back, and being one of my oldest friends, You would have still went out of your way to make this happen for anyone, working with you years ago in the "trenches" as "sales associates", I had the pleasure of seeing you work, and sharing in work with you in person, and you have ALWAYS been the most professional I have yet to see in all my years dealing on both sides of the business! This past Thursday I delivered my F 150 for a State inspection. The vehicle failed inspection due to an error code in the computer, but not triggering the Check Engine light on the dashboard. The Service Tech did an excellent job describing the possibilities of what may have failed, reset the computer and told me to drive it for awhile. I brought the vehicle in several times and the entire team was very professional, polite, and prompt. After driving the vehicle for over 80 miles the service engine light activated. I returned the vehicle and the Technician repaired the vehicle.
In summary, the entire team was a pleasure to work with. Please extend my thanks for a job well done and helping a customer in a very cooperative manner. I have had several of my vehicles serviced by this team and have always been pleased, however this time was exceptional.
